Excellent oil, though the bitterness is assertive if you were expecting something mild. Know what you are buying.

Grassy and bitter in the best way. I use it for finishing only; it would be a waste in a pan.

Properly peppery — it catches at the back of the throat the way good fresh oil should. The tin keeps it from going flat, which is more than I can say for the supermarket bottles.
